EquipWare™

Web Portal
Balfour Resource Group’s dedicated web site provides a collaborative repository of project related information. Not only does the web portal have the ability to house a myriad of documents (e.g. floor plans, spreadsheets, schedules, etc.), the system also includes mechanisms to alert users of announcements, due dates and action items. This web portal can be utilized by any internal or external member of the project team with varying levels of participation (website owner, collaborator and viewer). Each level of security will vary depending upon the user. All information contained in the site’s lists, web pages, and documents are easily located and retrieved by using the search site feature.
